What AscendSphere does

We generate social media content for your business and publish it to the channels you connect. You stay in control: nothing is published unless you approve it, or unless you switch on autopilot yourself.

Your account

You must be 18 or older and run a real business. Keep your login details to yourself — anything done through your account is your responsibility.

Credits and payment

• Plans renew monthly until you cancel. Cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• Monthly credits reset each billing period and do not roll over.
• Purchased credit packs do not expire while your account is open.
• If generation fails on our side, your credits are returned automatically.
• Prices are in euro, excluding VAT where applicable.

Content and ownership

What you upload stays yours. What we generate for you is yours to use commercially. You are responsible for checking that a post is accurate and fits your business before it goes out — we generate, you decide.

AI-generated content

Everything we produce is made by AI and labelled as such on every platform that supports it. AI can be wrong. Read what we make before you approve it, and never treat it as professional advice to your customers.

What you may not do

• Post anything unlawful, hateful, misleading or infringing.
• Impersonate a person or business you have no right to represent.
• Upload photos of people without their permission.
• Use the service for accounts you do not own or manage.
• Try to bypass our posting limits or our platform safeguards.

We may suspend an account that does any of this, and we will tell you why.

Social platforms

Publishing depends on TikTok, Meta, YouTube and others. Their rules apply to you too, and they can change their access or their policies without warning. We post within limits designed to keep your account healthy. We cannot guarantee reach, results, or that a platform will accept every post.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise it will never be down. We depend on third parties for generation and publishing; when they fail, we fail with them and return your credits.

Liability

Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the problem. Nothing here limits liability we cannot lawfully exclude.

Ending it

Cancel whenever you like from your account. Your data is removed 30 days after deletion, except invoices we must keep for tax purposes.

Law

Belgian law applies. Disputes go to the courts of Limburg, unless consumer law gives you the right to your own local court.
